About Guidde.com Payment Method?
Guidde.com accepts payment on a monthly or annually basis with automated credit card payments. Upon purchasing a subscription, the user is assigned an Admin role and will start receiving billing emails. This role allows the user to manage subscription billing, users, and content within the platform. It's important to note that if there's an issue with the credit card payment, attempts will be made to process the charge again after 7 and 14 days. If the payment cannot be processed after day 14, the subscription will expire, and the plan will be downgraded to the free plan until a new plan is selected or the subscription is extended.

About Guidde.com Popular Products and Services?
Guidde.com is designed to help remote and hybrid teams capture and organize video content for any software or process. The platform allows users to capture knowledge by recording their screen and voice on any app, or by uploading existing video recordings. These video playbooks are automatically tagged and organized, making them easily shareable with team members, customers, vendors, and partners. Additionally, Guidde enables users to ask questions with videos, sending them directly to subject matter experts who can respond with informative playbooks. The platform also offers features like auto-labeling of knowledge, personalized playbook presentation, and a search function similar to Google. Content is presented contextually within the workflow, ensuring it's available when and where needed. What are the features of Guidde's Free plan?
Guidde's Free plan includes key features such as the ability to create up to 25 how-to videos, record a voiceover, and share content via public links. Users also have access to a Motion and Transitions Library of stock music. This plan is suitable for those just getting started with video documentation and knowledge sharing.
How does Guidde compare to other similar tools?
When comparing Guidde to other similar documentation tools, it's noted that while both Guidde and Scribe serve as browser extensions for documenting processes, Guidde does not offer a desktop application and limits the user to 100 steps during process capture. Guidde focuses primarily on video-based documentation, whereas Scribe excels in creating visual step-by-step guides. The user interface of Scribe is described as more user-friendly and intuitive, while Guidde's interface is considered less welcoming and more corporate. In terms of memory usage, Guidde's editor tab reportedly consumes more memory compared to Scribe. Regarding content formats, Guidde allows documentation as videos and step-by-step guides, but Scribe provides additional capabilities such as creating documents known as Pages, which can include a variety of content types. Guidde's free plan has limitations on the number of videos that can be recorded, and its paid plans are considered less valuable for the price, especially with a focus on video content. Another tool, Floik, offers capabilities similar to Guidde and Scribe, but also allows the conversion of step-by-step guides into self-serve demos or explainer videos with customization options. In summary, while Guidde offers certain functionalities, other tools like Scribe and Floik may provide more features, better user experience, or more efficient performance.
